Dude, this is so many different levels of delightful and has entirely succeeded in making my otherwise not-so-splendid morning nothing short of bright and sparkly. I love the dynamic between these three on the show and kinda wish we'd gotten to see more of it, so it is AWESOME to see a fic devoted to them. :D
First, I must say that your Andy-writing is so impeccable it's terrifying. Seriously. I fell in love with just about everything that came out of his mouth, but these two are my very favourites--
"The thrill, you know. The sheer power of convincing someone that they need something that is really not worth the money. Dude. It is..." He inhales, and holds the air for a majestic second, shaking his head slightly as if he might cry. "...Awesome," he concludes, and wiggles his eyebrows. "Better than sex."
"That's... very informative," Jim says, trying not to contemplate what this says about Andy's sexual experience.

"Dude." Andy shakes his head in wonder. "That's so gay."The fact ( ... )

I have been having this weird longing for the Stamford days lately, with all the wacky energy of that (mostly very young!) office, and Jim feeling his way around things, and Andy! Oh, Andy, I miss him so. He absolutely must come back. Jesus God, he MUST COME BACK.
I'm angsted out. Besides, I think the Jim-missing-Pam-during-his-early-days-in-Stamford thing has been written about and written about and WRITTEN about, which is all good, but I've got nothing that I'm burning to say about it at this time, so, you know. ANDY ANDY ANDY!

And ditto about Jim-missing-Pam probably getting enough attention. What about A-A-A-ANDY AND THE TUNA?
(I can't wait for Andy to come back. I was really mad at him in Traveling Salesman, but then he said "Sorry I annoyed you with my friendship" and punched the wall and I forgave him. It's not his fault he's crazy. CRAZY AWESOME.)
Aaand maybe if you wanted to give me some prompt thingies I could try to do this later, after I have won my epic battle against my homework! Some mindless fic writing sounds miiiighty good after all that suffering.

Jim is feeling a bit on the sloshy side himself, so this question, while baffling, seems to hold deep significance. "The thing," he repeats. "With the food coloring."
Just loved it. I could just hear them saying this on the show. Your Andy is just SO Andy (if that makes any sense). I miss him a little- I hope he comes back soon!

Strangely, the two hours thing is sort of freeing, because I don't have any expectations that it's going to be some kind of epic wonderment, as opposed to unlimited amounts of time when I'm just like OH, GOD, I HAVE TO MAKE THIS GOOD, you know?
I miss Andy so much! I was briefly glad to be rid of him, but now there's a void in my Office where once there was Andy, and I want him back. ANDY!

Your Andy characterization is super great, and I loved Karen's lopsided smile and the developing dynamic between her and Jim. Way cool.

In short:
1) YAY, I'm glad you liked it!
2) DUDE, it was so super-fun [/Kelly] to do!
3) ANDY ANDY ANDY!

I'm impressed you were able to work into the story that celery-colouring bit, because haha, talk about random.

Yeah, when I got to the end of the list, I hit my head on the desk a few times wondering what the hell I was going to do with that one that wasn't going to be "hi, this is one of the elements, attached to AN ANVIL." Happily, Andy is a random fellow and talks about random things, so that worked out all right.

I salute you in awe and respect.

I keep remembering the whole thing with Jim, Karen, Andy, and the squeaky chair, complete with falsetto singing and goofy tricks and Karen hiding behind her monitor, giggling. Oh, I miss that.
My favorite: Andy with his head on the table, softly singing along with the jukebox. That is so him.
Sadly, it is also so me. I was in a-capella groups myself back in college, so that's probably why I like Andy so much. Singing for no reason, particularly when drunk? Oh yeah. I'm there.
