Sigh, car got hit while it's parked outside :\ Hit and run. Gonna cost me a few hundred bucks to fix the bumper. The angle that it was hit seems to suggest that it's someone that parks at that area as well. Could be a neighbour.
Gotta keep an eye out for any cars with broken lights since there's glass on the floor and none of my lights are broken

When I woke up, I realised that he/she's gotta live with the act :\
On a separate note, the insurance system here sucks ass. The steps are simple :
1) Make police report
2) Get repair valuation
3) Submit claim
4) Get car fixed
Turns out that every one puts in so much red tape in every step that it just doesn't justify the time needed to claim insurance money. Take step 1, for example, when I got to the police station, I was cheerfully informed that the Sgt. responsible for taking reports "kat mamak, tunggu dia balik lah". Which equates a random amount of wait time. Then, the condescending if-you-didn't-do-that-bad-things-won't-happen-to-you remarks, another hour to process the "report" and you'll get out of the hellhole. Onward to stage 2.
Decided to skip all that and fork out the cash myself. More reasons to migrate when I get the chance ;)
