I recently decided that i wanted to lose a few pounds. Im 5'7 and i weigh 121 :( i know i know ITS HUGE!! I NEED some tips on how to sustain not eating for days. my head hurts frmo not eating for a few days. Thanks!
I don't know how to respond to this; like artistseries says, I'm not sure if this is sad and real or sad and fake. but here goes:
you want to lose a few pounds?
exercise (sanely) a few times a week. do a half hour of cardio, lift some weights.
eat right. don't stop eating; cut a few calories. have healthier snacks, or (slightly) smaller portions. don't skip meals. don't cut out food groups.
don't try to get yourself an eating disorder. these are real and deadly and take over your life at a moment's notice. you do not want to wind up like I am now. please please please.
