MOOOOO!! Did you get my message on Sunday? I woke up with a migraine, took painkillers, threw up blood for a while, then passed out again all day :( I feel terrible I still haven't made it to rock out on Sunday Lukie!! I'm going in to hospital to get my wisdom teeth drilled out on Thursday so will be out of action for a while but will make it up to you I promise.

i love those moments when you sit back and stop for a moment to realise just how blessed you are...i dont believe i and i am sure others do it enough
we are so lucky to have the freedom we have the life we lead although at times hard and frustrating as they can be no matter what we still have choices which is more than most in this world...
you are really a wonderful person a dear friend and i feel honoured to know you and enjoy getting to know more...keep that fuzzy feeling as long as you can...
