There is the most annoying classmate in my Egyptian Art and Archaeology class. I don't mind people asking questions or making suggestions, but when they imply that they know about my illness than I do, having never suffered it, I just can't tolerate that.

My favorite suggestion is when people ask me if I've tried taking AN aspirin. I know I get a WTF? expression on my face, and I have to try really hard not to say what I think of the comment. Gee, never thought of that in 15 years. Wish I'd met you sooner! :P

I don't normally snap at people like that. Guess she touched a nerve. >:]

She will probably think twice before offering you unsolicited advice again. >:]

People have a tendency of trying to simplify things. I know I'm guilty on occasion. But as the saying goes... when you assume... well, you know the rest. :)
