I have been sick for the past three days with a sinus infection, coming immediately after having a severe allergic reaction to one of my medications. Life is fuuuuuuuuuun. Teffy's fever spike again last night, back up to 103.7. Dr. Doane has sent out the blood work and we should have some results by 5 or 6pm this evening, the viral results coming in tomorrow. Since Teffy hadn't eaten and barely had anything to drink since her surgery, not to mention her lethargy, I took her to the vet this morning. Turns out she had a fever, 103.2 rather than the normal 101, and her incision was swollen. Parents finally made it in at 8:30pm. What a long day! We are all exhausted...

... and yet I'm the only one awake.

I hate insomnia.

My parents' flight has been delayed three times in Atlanta due to the fantastic thunderstorm that passed over me last night. We now have no idea when the flight will actually leave. I've been ordered to stay put until I get the message that they are actually on the plane.

It may turn out to be a long night.
