I've been listening to "Pet Sounds" by the Beach Boys and the last few records of the Beatles and man its weird. I find that Pet Sounds is disturbing even if "Wouldn't it be nice" is on it. Even "Wouldn't it be Nice" is utterly depressing. The song is more of a euphoric outcry of depression and melancholy. The music on this album is fucking ( Read more... )

Out of all the places in the world, I never dreamed of moving to D.C. I've always enjoyed the city, but it never occurred to me to move there. Well, now I am. Just have to tie up the last of the loose ends and return back to the east coast. D.C. is calling me and so here I come.
