[So, the dunk tank is open now.

And there is a very unlucky sap sitting in it. Guess who he is?]

[[ooc: FYI- anybody who tries to approach Jacob or otherwise "free" him from the dunk tank for any reason will get carted off by droids for a time out.

The Great Mysterio malnosso October 28 2009, 04:27:43 UTC
[The Great Mysterio Booth is now open. The shutters lift, and inside, characters will find a disguised figure dressed mostly in green. He's supposed to resemble this fella here. However, it's pretty obvious that minimal effort went into it- his dome is in fact a fishbowl (complete with a pair of happy little orange guppies) though his face is obscured, and none of his skin is visible. He's also wearing a cape... except it's obviously a bedsheet. A sheet from the hotel, in fact: the logo of LucetiLand is written clearly on it.

Would you like to have your fortune told? Though he won't guarantee you'll like it...]

[Unable to find any solid answers from the Hall of Personas, Simon approaches The Great Mysterio, ignoring his odd appearance.]

I understand you tell futures.

Then will you tell me mine?

Your fortune... let me think...

["Mysterio" holds on to his fishbowl for a moment, thinking intently. Or at least giving off the impression that he is. Let's see... cursed guy, doomed to revive and fight Dracula, might die at the end...]

"Sing and rejoice, fortune is smiling on you."

Then I will destroy Dracula's remains and be freed from his curse?

You're free to interpret it as you will. The Great Mysterio only shares the future- he can't explain what the spirits tell him.

Very well. Thank you.

[Simon turns and walks away, as uncertain as before.]

[Jay approaches the Great Mysterio and would like to have his fortune told, just out of sheer curiosity.]

Hello...I'd like to have my fortune told, please.

[Because curious Jay is curious.]

Give me your hand, then.

["Mysterio" reaches a hand out, palm uplifted.]

...Very well.

[A deep breath as he extends his hand.]

[Mysterio takes his hand, turning it over and studying his palm, tracing a few lines. Ninja kid, raised by otter-things... hm...]

"You are just beginning to live." ...And you need more meat in your diet.

[A light smile. Yes, he was just beginning to live...but did he really have to live here of all places?]

...Yeah...that is true. Thank you.

...Was that last part a personal opinion?

[His voice probably indicates that he, too, is smiling.]

I've never tasted otter meat. I wonder if it's filling enough.

[A cold chill runs up his spine. A look of fear may or may not be seen in his eyes. Nevertheless, Jay plays along.]

...Neither have I, so I couldn't tell you...

Perhaps someday we'll find out. Have you been to the food court yet?
