My morning:

Made it to work half an hour late. Dropped a monitor while I was swapping two desktops. Cut finger open on one of them.

There's a piece of my finger somewhere in Kirsty's computer.

I have 1.5 hours of training soon. Hopefully I can't cause too much damage just sitting in the back of the auditorium.

Eating lots of processed sugar = making a dick of myself at dancing.

Then Aislinn and I drove through North Adelaide and Hindley St with the Mortal Kombat Theme, Aqua - Dr Jones, and the Sesame St theme, really really loudly with the windows down.

Last night was the clubs cup karaoke competition. Alice and Osk did great in their songs, and we came third overall. The people who did better at us were worse technically, but probably put on a better show :) We'll have to make a big scene next year ( Read more... )

I paid an extremely large amount in phone bills (phone is in mum's name), health insurance, car insurance and rego last night. I'm not going to say how much. Then I got pissed off. Then I decided that listening to slipknot in my room loudly was not the best way of dealing with my issues, so I started rearranging my furniture ( Read more... )

Good things from last night:

- I've started enjoying the music a bit. Well, I'm humming some of it, so that's a good sign at least.
- Sitting at the front of choir made me feel a bit more involved (despite needing to do some work for work when I wasn't singing).
- Seeing people I don't talk to these days happy and joking around.
