It's just occured to me why Arte wasn't mobbed by reporters and his dad's fans. He changed his look. I think to avoid attention while being advertised as the son of Titus Shale, he probably dyed his hair and wore it braided in cornrows as well as having a nice tan giving him a skin color closer to his father's. -
