As in all video games, I made myself a female character for Rock Band 2. She looks exactly how I want to look. And I kept screwing up the game because all I could think watching her was "Why couldn't that really have been me?" -

It's not possible for me to explain why and remain anonymous, but my ability to be alone at night has been severely curtailed. And I don't especially like it. Late nights are MY time. I feel disconnected, and I was already down. And all this coincides with the natural ebb and flow of friends on LJ disappearing or leaving. It's like the last ( Read more... ) -

I'm sorry, I can't think of anything interesting to say. I'd found myself a girlfriend, someone I was in love with. And now that's gone. It hurts, for so many complicated reasons.

I really don't know what it is. I have Ambien, I could take it whenever I like and go to sleep at more normal hours. So why, then, do I always find myself here at 5 or 5:30am?
