I'm coming home in a little over a month. I should be home around August 9th or 10th. If anyone makes plans with me like last time, and says things like "I'm on my way" and I never hear from them again the whole time I'm home, allow me to say "Fuck you" in advance. So now my all time favorite comedian has died. George Carlin died today of heart failure. I can't believe it myself.

So California's Supreme Court legalized Gay Marriage. What a victory for anyone who doesn't allow themselves to be caught in the delusions of religion and what "God" would want, we'll have to see how this story unfolds.

So apparently it's flu season in Texas, and all of my co-workers keep getting sick. One would think this opens more time for me at work, but it doesn't.

It got to 82 degrees here today, which isn't bad considering it's February.

Well, something incredibly rare has happened. I was sick as a dog yesterday and the day before, though my resilience to sickness has kicked in and I'm feeling better already. It sucked that I had to call out of work, seeing as how I would have made quite a bit at work tonight, but there's always tomorrow.

It's been over a month since I last posted, when I was home. Aside from seeing a couple of friends and my family, and eating more oatmeal than I ever have because of our house not having sufficient vegan food, I didn't have all that much fun while home. I've been back in Texas since the 29th of December, and still working at the Melting Pot.
