So... Rach's parents were here this weekend. Originally it was supposed to be from Friday night until Monday morning, then that got commuted to Saturday-Monday, and THAT got commuted to about two hours ago when they left ( Read more... ) -

I just though I'd make a quick post letting everyone know I'm back and safe in B-more.
I'm really glad I went, even though I was a little nervous since this was the first time I've flown in about 13 years.
I'll post more about the funeral when I'm awake and more articulate. -

I just found out my grandpa died. Funeral is this Saturday, and I have figure out how to get either Rach and I or just myself there. We sure can't afford it, and I have no idea how we can come up with roughly $700 in a day for both of us to go. -
Life and work.
Life is okay. Rach and I never realized how much our affluent *cough* lifestyle was dependent on our working overtime until we reached the slow season and all of the sudden we're short on money. Boo.
On the plus/minus side, I've really been missing bouncing over this past month, so I may go bounce at another bar, thus killing two birds with one ( Read more... ) -
Famous people I've met.
Okay, so he's not the most well-known Raven there is, but I still met another Baltimore Raven, Matt Katula, today. He was a very nice guy, and evidently my employer is going to be helping him with his charity work.
Sweetness.
