Taco Bell is just giving tacos away. It's your patriotic duty to take free stuff whenever offered.

I meant why is Taco Bell giving free tacos away? Something about stealing second base in game four, or something? What, did the CEO of Taco Bell lose a bet, or something?

Right. Taco Bell does this promotional stunt: if someone steals a base in the World Series, everyone in America gets a free taco. I think it's a promotion that costs the company millions of dollars without actually drumming up a significant amount of business, but there's probably a reason I don't own any large fast-food chains. Alls I know is that I got a free taco today for basically no good reason. The free taco is the most delicious taco of all.

I will admit that it would be better if the tacos weren't really cheap to begin with, but a free taco is a free taco.
