[The broadcast starts with static. Stuttering, crackling static. This is legit static, guys. It's still a transmission of sorts, but nothing useful at all. It might even be irritating if you stare at it too long

[France already believes he's dead to be in Johto at all, so it would be pointless to die again.]
My pokemon have been very interested in the Bell Tower, and I had some time off today to take a look around with them. They were being particularly cute, and I wanted to show the network, but, for some odd reason, the reception in the tower is awful.
[Ted, it's your lucky day: the transmission you get has most of France's face, but there's a weird strip of static down the middle. It looks like France has no nose.]
I dropped my 'Gear out of the Bell Tower. Nothing to worry about! How are you, Ted?
[France blinks, reaching up reflexively to touch his face. It takes him a moment to catch on, and, when he does, he laughs abruptly, turning slightly pink and dropping his hand.]
Oh! Well, I'm not sure how to fix that yet. The 'Gear has been malfunctioning.
[Because Suiseiseki is the curious sort, she spends more than enough time staring at the static filled gear image, waiting to see what on earth it could be about. Of course when she recognizes a somewhat familiar face from a prior conversation she has to speak up.]
Ah it is the interesting man, desu! -. . . Mr uh, desu? Ahh, oh my goodness Mr, desu!!
[ Obviously she hasn't gotten his name yet, and is at a loss on what to call him aside from 'Interesting man'. She stares at the screen in some panic, obviously from the picture people CANNOT FLY in this reality. So she might be a tiny bit panicked by the idea that the rather nice, and interesting man might have fallen to a rather untimely demise.]
[The transmission Suiseiseki gets back is a bit after her original message, and the right half of the screen is somewhat distorted. France, however, looks perfectly fine, although somewhat embarrassed. He puts on a winning smile, though!]
This France is perfectly well! There was just a bit of an accident with my 'Gear.
[Suiseiseki tilts her head at the video once it comes through later on, blinking with a quizical expression before smilng with some obvious relief at the sight of France. Which of course makes her think for a moment, since she did know there was a country called France in her own world.]
That is very good, desu! I was perhaps a bit concerned when I saw the video earlier, desu! ...A France is your name, desu? I do not believe we exchanged names the last time that we spoke, desu.
[France's transmission to England appears to be missing the top half of the screen, but the audio is loud and clear. Aren't those quirked French lips sexy?]
I'm perfectly fine, England. Thank you for your eloquent concern.

Are you all right?

I'm quite well! It was a bit of an adventure that got out of hand for the modern technology.

Ah, I see. I'm glad your gear was the only casualty, then. What kind of an adventure was it?

I wasn't concerned, frog! It would just be highly irritating to lose you to a great height when I wasn't the one to push you off it.

Oh, England, I would never be so gallantry as to leave you high and dry. I always take care of you, you know that.
