Elijah just passed 2k, Jesse is trucking along and has been around more in the past few weeks, I picked up a new character, and I haven't done this in awhile and feel like talking, so!

Oftentimes, young vampires will rub Elijah the wrong way, but Conrad is both amusing and . . . curious! He's actually trying to figure out this vampire thing without flying off the handle, what is this! Conrad being super grumpy in general doesn't particularly put him off, either. His brother was crazy-paranoid and he hung around him for centuries, whatevs. Elijah's also a bit interested in the differences between their, uh, races I guess, especially after the bat thing, so there's that. Conrad is interesting and also a friend of Hanna's which makes him more interesting. A++, would creep on from the shadows and make snide remarks with again.
. . . so on a scale of one to ten, how weird does Conrad find Elijah.

otherwise he hasn't really been actively weird other than... hanging around Hanna... voluntarily...
whoops I'm kind of bad at the questions part

Elijah was a bit put off by her "queen"-ness, with the hand kissing and everything - arrogance in younger vampires grates on him! But she was respectful towards him when she realized what he was, albeit grudgingly, so Elijah doesn't really hold that against her. He's a bit dubious about her, because he knows how vampires are, and she's a vampire involved with politics. In his mind, this means she has to be whip smart to keep up with that and hold the position that she has! So what she does is a bit suspect in his mind (i.e. helping Hanna ( ... )

Do you have any app plans for the near future?

alternatively on a scale of 1 to 10 how badly would it end if he made Megamind his ~mentor~

. . . and that. God. I don't know because they both fail so hard. They'd talk shop for like ten minutes probably and then drift off to other topics that aren't even remotely related to superheroes. See: why I need to have another thread with Megamind.
Hmm hmm hmm. Is there anything for Wendy on either Jesse or Elijah?

Wendy on Elijah: WEIRD. Thanks to Conrad she's not so surprised anymore when vampires turn out to be okay people, but Elijah is still kind of... unusual? Gentlemanly and chill but also old and probably v. powerful! She'd really like to know what his deal is and since he doesn't seem the random violence type she'll be keeping an eye on him and poke him some more.
Reverse? Does Elijah even have an impression of her yet?

Elijah . . . is okay with Wendy. He's relaxed with humans who have good heads on their shoulders, so it's p. easy. She's somewhat interesting! He'd talk to her again.
One character you'd like to app but never will! Who is it and why?

Okay, seriously, what drew you to app Elijah?
Also I have no idea what icon this is, I bet it's an angry one.

I had been really serious when I told Vanya a few months ago that I had no intention of apping again for awhile! And the thing was, I've been watching TVD since last summer, so I'd followed season two week by week and seen Elijah's whole first arc. Basically, they introduce him, he's kind of this lone badass in the background that does stuff and while he's cool and pretty, you don't really get much from him? So I didn't really notice him.
And literally right after I told Vanya I didn't have any app plans, they aired an episode where Elijah came back and the entire episode focused on his past and suddenly put everything he'd ever done in a new light. And I . . . I love that in a character, where their motives are completely different from what you think, and maybe not that nefarious. He's this guy who tries to be one thing, but his nature is clearly something completely different, and there's a conflict of sorts there. He's messed up, he has a hard time admitting he's messed up, he has a hard time admitting a lot in ( ... )

As for Tales of Innocence, it's a very short game and it's occasionally very flawed, but at the heart of it, it's a story about how six ordinary people (...with magical abilities that get them discriminated against, but whatever) come together to fight a evil that threatens to wipe out life as they know it, bond and become close friends along the way and then separate afterwards, all without drawing the attention of the larger powers. In Abyss and Symphonia, and I think Vesperia as well though I haven't played it, you are changing the world on a very large scale and you attract the attention of ruling powers, everyone knows who you are and it's a very standard RPG experience on that front.
Innocence is quite different. Your characters slip around without being noticed for the most part by the larger powers and are, for the vast majority of the story, treated as a minor annoyance as opposed to a mover and shaker. Hell, even the characters themselves aren't really ( ... )

And then I idly thought, "well, that canon point would take away the majority of the issues I had when playing Heisuke."
And then I threw my hands in the air and decided to do it because why not.
WHEN LJ SUCKS LESS and I don't have to do the proxy dance, I will give you a question, sob.
