I've pretty much given up on the idea of being able to run 3-4 miles at least 3 nights a weekend. I am a Toastmaster, and we had one of our bi-monthly meetings today. Each meeting the Toastmaster of the Day writes down a word of the day and every who speaks tries to work it in while talking. I pretty much made up my mind at work today that I'm going to get a dog this spring. I'm going to get a female lab puppy, just haven't decide on yellow or black. Now I have something to look forward to. Ok, so the subject is a bit misleading, I don't actually mind shoveling snow, it's a nice workout and I like being outside. What I hate is flying home from LA to 6" of snow.
