To Hannah: Hey quick question? Would these two "someones" be friends before the other "someone" confessed his feelings? That would kidna change things if they were/were not friends, so it'll be different way to handle each one.

Sorry if this overlaps with things other people said.
Tell the person that you don't like him currently. This elimates confusion and frees you from any burden. Nevertheless, if you and him are good friends, and if you want to, tell him that you will be willing to give it a chance. This way, you are being honest, but still allowing the chance that a relationship could develop. This is good for him, and could be good for you. Because he knows you don't like him, you aren't leading him on. You can back out of the relationship at anytime knowing that you haven't given him any false impressions. If you do end up liking him...well....that's good.

How are you doing, Hannah~! and what's this all about? I saw 65 comment, and never saw that many comments in my life! Oh well, many people left so many good advices, maybe except numerous "chill" comments. Anyhow,I'll be going now..
