And I like some Sex Pistols songs but... honestly... Sid couldn't really play bass. I dont know if it was 'cause he was fucked up all the time, or 'cause he just sucked at it but his bass would be turned down and a playback would be put, which in the playback it was actually played by Matlock.
I think he's cool in a sense that he was a tad different and stood out, but as a musician he wasn't very good, so... all in all...
