Thank you for paying attention to the detail of my story. The object you surmise to be a monkey is actually a munchkin. In my work I like to allude to other artists... my hanging munchkin is a little shout out to The Wizard of Oz, a film which I admire.

I had forgotten about Jungle Breakfasts. They were terrible! I remember I had to plan one once, and to make it "more fun," my group invented a plot line as to why the hell we were searching for cereal in the trees. I believe I was cast as the monkey. I'm glad you gave me really long hair, gigantic glasses, pointed out my mole, (THANKS. MAYBE I'M INSECURE ABOUT THAT. YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW! Abby is in a wheelchair because it stirs sympathy in my readers and makes them predisposed to like my story...didn't it?

i remember jungle breakfast and i thought it was fun! this entry made me kind of sad because im not in girl scouts anymore.
