OC conundrum

I know lots of people still watch the OC, however there is something about this show that has been annoying the hell out of me lately. What kind of show feels the need to incessantly advertise impending plotlines whilst actually revealing exactly what is going to happen in future episodes. There are no suprises, no "clues" hmmmn here is a perfect

lexi! i don't think it's ending, i think they had nowhere left to go so they were like hey let's kill off marissa, we haven't done that before. hahah of course i didn't watch it, i was out swooning over death cab for cutie.
