i want to lose 1 pound a day. at least.. and i want to lose 20 lbs by june 18th. So basically, if i lose at least 1 pound a day starting today, ill lose 24 lbs or more by my "deadline".. think its possible?? im going to work out EVERY DAY for at least 2 hours. any other tips?? i'm totally with you. i think ill stay down to 200 cals everyother day, and work out for at least a bare minimum of 2 hours. i really need to lose 20 lbs. i feel so fat, it's gross.

i binged again today, i feel disgusting.

thanks! i've been fasting for a long while and i finally gave in and i just hated myself.. so i really need to do this!!

i just lack motivation every now and then, but i'v realized how distgustingly large i am eww, this needs to get done :-\
