I'm so mad at myself! I've been very good all day. Only ate fruit. Then, I got hungry and ended up having about 4 or 5 chocolate pretzels from the gift basket my department was sent. Anyone know that calories on those? Well, I'll tell you, 50 EACH!!! Each little pretzel is 50 calories! That means if I ate 5, that's 250 calories!! And they weren't ( Read more... )

Ick... I hate tea.
Is it an aquired taste? I want to like green tea. I hate coffee and colas. I don't get much caffeine at all. I could use the boost. I feel so drained and tired all the time.

Do you know of a good tasting tea?
