What I cannot understand is how they claim this is "Mommy porn" when it's so abusive.

Moms are into fucked up BDSM? Are these 'moms' that bored with their sex lives that they fanatasize about being abused in this way? Fucked up.

I don't know about everyone else but if I ever got into a relatinship like this one, and I cannot ever see this happening, I sure as hell wouldn't stick around and put up with it.

Stalkers are scary ass and Chrisward is just that.

I don't even understand anything, really. I guess the thing is people don't know shit about D/s relationships so they think the way the book portrays it is how it's supposed to be and that his fucking stalking and emotional abuse is romantic or whatever because he's ~dominant~. BDSM is always seen as this dangerous, foreign thing so I guess people completely fall for the whole deal where he treats her like shit, and none of them ever questions it because they don't know or don't think about the fact that a BDSM relationship requires a whole load of trust and a mutual desire to be in said relationship with the boundaries that are set up.

I'm going to guess that yeah these people are really that bored with their sex lives. And that they've never read good smutty fanfic (or good published erotica) so they wouldn't know well written porn if it hit them in the face.

yeah ummmm as a mom i can say i am definitely NOT into this. Just reading the quotes in here is a turn off. I can only imagine how bad it would be if i actually read the book.

Chrisward now turned completely into an unsub from Criminal Minds. THE GUY BELONGS INTO A MENTAL INSTITUTION OR PRISON OR LOCKED AWAY SOMEPLACE ELSE!

I don't even get how Ana could want HIM! He's a creep from top to bottom, she should've had him arrested right in the beginning...oh wait then it would be harder to squeeze 3 horrible books out of the nightmare of a story.

I'm extremely concerned about the kind of people who really and honestly like this. They must have a serious head trauma or something.

Yeah, you know that if this was the real world, Ana would be in chopped up and thrown in a river by now. His creeper level is just that high rn.

Oh god, don't remind me that there are three books of this pile of crap. Help. (what are the remaining two even about?! How many times can you rewrite the same terrible sex scene over and over?!)

IDK considering it's a Twilight bad sex rip off he leaves her, she is all crying and doing stupid things (getting a new dom and he gets all jealous because it will be JosacobXD). In the end she marries him and hopefully the crazy child she gets eats the creepXD

“Because I’m fifty shades of fucked-up, Anastasia.”

I hadn't noticed.

LOL omg her pain threshold is below zero, hm? He'd have to have iron palms to make somebody wail on first swat.

Tbh though it actually sounds like that. Uhm. Right. I've read better spanking. And he doesn't even... touch her. LOL omg this is so far from sexy, why do people find this sexy.

Uhm, right. Abuse and assault. That puts me right off my tea. Just no. God, this book rubs me the wrong way. I can't even. It's not okay. This is not sexy. This is manipulative and terrorising and dark and so much dubcon, it's pretty much noncon.

Yeah, gurl, make up your mind. Either you feel good or you don't, but you can't have it both ways tbh. She doesn't sound very sure of herself and it actually sounds like she has to convince herself of feeling the afterglow.

LOL, ngl, I'm curious whether or not my kink comes up. I need to reread the contract to see if it was mentioned. (Maya, share your kink with us!)

I can track your cell phone - remember?Greatest plothole ever? ( ... )

LOL, I'm like 90% sure my kink will come up (it's pretty vanilla tbh), so I'll be sure to let you know when it does.

\o/

As far as I can tell none of my kinks are mentioned in the contract, so they'll probably never happen. How boring, lmao. I'll just have to find better fic to read about them. How tragic.

Okay, I honestly do not understand this. I think these quotes really speak for themselves in how unhealthy this relationship really is, and yet people are just sitting there reading it and praising it and going on thinking that stuff like this is okay? I have no problem with BDSM. If that's what people are into, then that's what they're into but there's a difference between having fun with it and doing it safely and what this book depicts.

And I don't see how this is giving Ana power at all? I just don't get it.

It's totally not giving her any power at all. I mean, in a healthy D/s relationship it would because she'd be in power of her own position as a sub and it'd be a well-thought out choice and she wouldn't be emotionally manipulated into it. but the way this relationship is set up... she has no power in it. Not right now, anyway.

I guess the only power she has is that ~he can't stay away~. Which is stupid.
