i cut bread out of my diet about a month ago, to see if it would make a difference to my figure. a lot of diets don't allow it, so i thought it might. i've stuck to it fairly well, i had some today for the first time in weeks. i don't think it's made much of a difference yet, but then i don't eat awfully badly so i think the weight problem is
