I found the house I'm going to buy. I'm dealing with the financing tomorrow and submitting the offer. I should find out on Monday if I got it or not. By Friday I should have the contracts signed.

It's a 6 year old 1450 square foot, 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse with an attached garage.

I'll tell you when I know more.

we shall see. Another offer has been put it so maybe i'll get i, maybe i won't. I'm paying 730 for a crappy two bedroom, closer to campus is about 7 or 8 for a one bedroom and 9 or 10 for a 2.
