I am officially a homeowner now. -
Housing Update
My offer on the condo was accepted. Close will be sometime before the 15th of August. It still needs to be inspected and such before closing, but I got it. -

Housing
I found the house I'm going to buy. I'm dealing with the financing tomorrow and submitting the offer. I should find out on Monday if I got it or not. By Friday I should have the contracts signed.
It's a 6 year old 1450 square foot, 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse with an attached garage.
I'll tell you when I know more.
