This is absolutely terrifying.

I keep thinking about what would happen if Riley was not wealthy or didn't have access to lawyers or was elderly, used English as a second language or had trouble reading.

These people are nasty predators.

It’s wild that criminals can literally steal your house from you; identity fraud truly is no joke Jim. I feel trying to steal Graceland is such a bold move, like one of the most famous properties in the world 🤯

There was a horrible story out of Detroit of a woman, Zina Thomas, who was the director of a housing assistance non-profit who stole dozens of homes out from under her vulnerable clients. The scheme targeted low-income individuals who were facing potential tax foreclosure and instead of helping them, she used her charity as front to steal their homes from them. Just disgusting predatory behaviour

This doesn’t even seem like a very well done fraud. Did they really think if they just forged a single document that they would be able to steal Graceland? So low effort.
