the lighting inside the exhibit reflected a candlestick. you can imagine how red and dark the originals were without the use of a flash, and without a tripod- blurry. i took out the excess red to the best of my ablities and brightened it.
was it shot in raw? if so you can adjust the colour temperature in adobe camera raw/lightroom/whatever you use. If it wasn't shot in raw, try bringing it into photoshop and doing an auto-colour on it. There are a few other techniques to use as well - http://www.layersmagazine.com/color-correcting-images.html
there's a lot of ideas i have but cannot fulfill because of living in a society with so many restrictions. i hope this, and a few other projects will enable me to feel free to pursue those ideas.
screw the restrictions. Art is art and it should be separate from those little norms that society says we must obey. It can be hard to do those with a self-timer though! So if you have some ideas and need someone to shoot them let me know.

i tried the auto colour to the original image and it didn't do anything. maybe i should have tried it after i edited it?
