Oh no, they are the terrifying fruit of his very own loins.

Luckily he did not bring the Santorum Family Fetus to the speech. (I don't know if you know about this one, but his wife suffered a miscarriage and Santorum had it brought home so it could be photographed with the family, and now he keeps it in a JAR ON HIS DESK as his way of bolstering his pro-life cred.)
