We lived through another hurricane. This one was so slow. And the day after the hurricane was worse than the days of. It was frightening. This time we actually boarded up a window. You know, one of the oddest things about the hurricane? Nobody mentioned that it came on Friday the 13th. Never heard a word, even when the newscasters were running out of things to talk about. We survived. Our house is fine. We lost a huge old oak shade tree, that took our fence with it. It wasn't in our yard, but it shaded our yard and it was beautiful and we will miss it. Oh, good lord. John Waters has a new movie- A Dirty Shame- and it's rated NC-17. I haven't really liked anything of his since Cry Baby. But this has Tracey Ullman, Johnny Knoxville, and Chris Issak! It looks a bit funny.
