the only person who can make a post F/O is the actual poster. I won't delete the posts, it's their own fault if the pictures end up stolen.

can the community get in trouble? or would that only be if the poster were underage?

just if the poster was found to be underage. otherwise, there is no rule about adult-oriented communities having to make all posts f/o.
