I know what you mean dude. Except for a couple things. I like hearing bad stories about people, and, if you think about it, you probably do too. It's admittedly a bad impulse tho. Also, trust-fund babies? Does anyone believe that kids with trust funds really exist anymore, or, if they do, that they haven't already moved to Europe or some shit? Kind of an outdated complaint.
The last sentence of the entry reminds me of Ivan Brunetti.

yeah, i do enjoy hearing bad things about people, but as i'm enjoying the gossip, i just hate myself for enjoying it and hating the person who feed me the info, and hating the person in the bad story for being a retard.
the trust-fund baby thing is still around. I know one person who is, and they are one of the laziest people in the world. They do nothing with their life. They don't work, they don't travel, they don't even pretend to be a artist or writer. They get an allowance from their accountant and spend it all on booze and coke and then they act like their "roughing it". So i guess that one line is completely directed towards this person.
I have to say i'm not familar with Ivan Brunetti.
