Anna-Lena's mom (who turns 80 today) threw together some grub for Easter dinner, and it was pretty delicious! Some favorites (herring in mustard sauce, beer, couple shots of vodka) and some new stuff, including some dark smoked sliced meat that made the Pleistocene carnivore in me grunt with satisfaction. Cold's no better today. I'm taking today off. Monday will see Jason's (and, I hope, Wilbur's) drawings online.

Well, now I got a cold that's knocked me for a loop, and in trying to fulfull Jason's request I got in over my head on perspective drawing. Shit's hard, yo. Nonetheless I'll have something done for both him and Wilbur as soon as I can. The project continues!

It's a character from Asterix the Gladiator: Gaius Nesenius, the prefect of Gaul who captures the Cacofonix the bard and presents him to Julius Caesar as a gift.

OK, looks like weekends aren't going to be the best opportunity for this. Will have to try to stick to weekdays, so Drawing 3 will be up sometime today.
