Just got back from the CR convention up in Minneapolis. Nine of us (half as many as there were supposed to be; go figure) set out in four vehicles yesterday around 5:15. I don't know why we needed four cars for nine people, but we're Republicans, so I guess gas-guzzling suits our character. I got to be one of the drivers, and I had no idea where

BTW, after the Baseball game, in which UF beat A&M (4-1), we went to "Hops". Think Dennys, if they brewed their own beer. There I too ate red meat. A big, juicy hamburger with bacon and red onions, smothered in BBQ sauce. Yum!

The only way it could have been better is with a brownie covered with vanilla ice cream and hout fudge. ummm, food.

It's funny how pregnant women cannot seem to stop thinking about food.

Yay for beef and decent brownies and ice cream! Oh, and just fyi, the Olaf men's hockey team won the MIAC championship yesterday (Sara left the convention early to go to the game and didn't take me with her!). So hooray for Oles and Gators!
