i pride myself on being a relatively strong person, but even with that there is always room for being scared out of my wits and it's the kind of fear that can drive you to victory or downfall in a matter or seconds. few things can make my blood instantly jump - sharks, bridges, electric saws. but i've found that it's the initial fear that develops

ironically enough i have a huge fear of needles.

the fear is much worse than the actual pain, i think.
