haha, that's so weird. i know what you mean. there was a program i heard on the CBC Ideas podcast about well, a lot of things, but at one point, he mentioned that he had interviewed British prisoners who actually felt good about being in jail. Because in the outside world, you could work as hard as possible to make your life better, and still get mugged and end up paralyzed or something. but in prison, you do as you're told and you get good treatment, it's more predictable. but, that is no good. what a waste. live damn you live!
that job you describe is pretty much exactly the piano tuning job i'm training for, except for maybe the benifiting some part. woohoo, your piano's in tune! But guess what, I've had the homestudy course for 2 weeks and i've only read the intro. if only i could apply myself, if only i could motivate myself...........
