[after getting Motoko's help, Oliver is now on the shopping level. he is currently on top of the bar in one of the lounges, a pint next to him with a straw in it, as well as a plate containing a burger and chips, partially eaten. he's holding onto the sphere with both hands, but he lets it go once he's sure it's on, and it floats up above him.

[don't mind the 15-centimetre tall him; he's grabbed his Sphere with his tiny hands and is keeping it trained on him, his naked shoulders only hinting at what he's wearing or lacking as the case may be.] I've been wondering who that boy is as well.

[Two-foot tall Lyle is two-foot tall and so has had slightly less problems with clothes than the others - for now he's just rolled his sleeves up. It looks like he's wearing a dress, but that'll do for now.]

Hate to say it, but I didn't contact the good captain at all.

Looks like he wasn't picky about the shrinking, then, bucket of laughs that it is. [squints at Lyle. considering that he's still sort of wearing normal clothing...] Oh, I don't believe it. You're taller, too!

You know, I left him a message, but I don't think I asked any questions. I just told him things I thought he ought to pay attention to.

Then I'm guessing he considered all that "pointless," too. You know, he seems surprisingly unconcerned about the fact that he keeps dying.

I'd venture that he might not remember it, but the way he's been acting this time around makes me doubt that. He knows perfectly well what's going on.

If this whole thing is some elaborate way of getting his son to off him, I don't see why he has to involve any of us. But I'm really starting to feel like he wants to die.

Now there's an unsettling thought. You might have an idea there... But then why would Orion get in contact with him without saying anything to us?

Perhaps he didn't realize we were here. Either that, or he doesn't have a way to immediately reach us.

True. Kinda ironic if he has a sure-fire way to reach the captain and not us when we can only reliably communicate with each other, but you're right, it's possible.
