It hurts when someone who was such an important factor,
and mentor in my life can just not write me back.
I didn't expect it to happen.
But I secretly was thinking that it would.
And that's why I'm disappointed, I guess.

I sent Tyrell a letter, maybe a week ago or so.
I had a dream last night that he sent me a wonderful letter back.
I hope he writes me back.
Sometimes I make people out to be different than who they are in my head.
I hope I am not doing that in this case.

I've been thinking about it.
I want to get another tattoo.
I want to get a raven on my right wrist,
Going along with the house sparrow on my left.
I just don't have the money for it right now.

There is a man who walks down the street and sings "Give the Lord the Highest Praise."
He sings at the top of his lungs.
He has the kind of voice that most would not think very becoming.
But in my opinion is simply beautiful.

And we are important.

A really great newspaper article about one of the residents where I work.
