Why do people feel the need to have their twitter interact with every other form of social networking they can get their mitts on? I swear to God, it is one of my internet pet peeves. I don't want to read the same fucking mundane shit on Twitter, Facebook, Livejournal and this Gmail Buzz shit

I hate Twitter also.....not a fav of mine at all. Plus when it's posted on LJ it's so fucking disjointed you can't figure out what they are tweeting about anyway.

i never got the twitter madness to be honest. somewhere i read a joke about someone being "followed" on twitter yet he/she still remained at the fb list of the person that "deleted" him/her from twitter. so confusing!

It does, but I don't update my twitter :P and I private the entries. Shhhhhhhh.

I wish I could check twitter occasionally but I get so...bored.

I actually remember a brief period when you did this. I remember it because I had a few people doing it and it would drive be bonkers.

I only really use twitter to keep a running tally of what my close friends are up to. It's much the same as the random text messages we would send to each other about a man wearing a tutu on the train or a random simpsons quote that popped into our heads. I had my twitter backing up to LJ and then i'd private the entries. I like to be able to look back. I'm nowhere near (nor ever have been) as bad as this one person I know who is on point with every single social networking system and it's all synced to his twitter. ARGH.
