Hot damn. Dr Phil is awesome, and it's about time people start recognizing that. :D People have been giving me so much shit for liking him. He's great, though. Oprah was crazy today. I didn't get to watch too much of it, but hm. Crazy stuff.

that lightheaded thing happens to me too. for me, it's low blood pressure i think. one time, after lying down for like 3 hours, i stood up and i blacked out. it was weird because i woke up and the table was all off to the side and one of the chairs in the kitchen had been knocked over. and i couldn't remember what had just happened. ohh it's weird.
