Oh, photoshop-using friends, I have two questions:

1. What is your method for making screencaps icon-able? There's a few caps I want to make a header of, and they are very dark and grainy. :(

2. What the hell do you do with tutorials in .pdf form? I see the layers, but don't know how to transfer them to my image.
