Their conversations have been few, but from both his actions and words Winry has begun to consider Toshizou one of their most valuable members. He's been there from the beginning, and I imagine in that time there have been a lot of off and on members so she's glad by his dedication, and impressed by his perseverance. He comes across to her as one of those people who is almost always collected, and able to look at situations from a completely object and analytical perspective which is something she wishes she could do better, since she often lets her own emotions cloud her thought. It is one of the things that makes him such a good strategist in her mind

Her impressions of him are pretty spot-on, really--especially about needing to come off a certain way to make a good one on him. He is an utter bitch for superiors who don't gain his respect to deal with, but so far, Winry has struck him as sufficiently capable and collected.
He doesn't really get her emotional, nurturing side, since he tends to view bottling up things that might get in the way in a battle as the best way to go and any mercy shown to those on one's own side as useless coddling, only going to cause trouble in the long run. If he knew her better, he'd doubtless say so, but since she's his superior and they're not really close, he opts not to cause unnecessary fuss by criticizing her.
He still feels like it's his fault she got dumped off the ship. He feels like EVERYTHING is his fault, granted, but that's still hitting him a little hard.
Winry's first impression of Rhyme started waaay back before Rhyme even appeared. Beat had talked about her back when he and Winry met in Colvus so most of what Winry took out of it was: smart and loving. Winry was really touched by his full description, but in the end thought he might have been exaggerating a little because everyone goos about their own family xD

Rhyme, of course, didn't know Winry until they met when she got on to the 4423. She thinks Winry is smart and awesome and amazing for being a First Mate at her age.
Winry was one of the first (and only) people on the 4423 that treated her normally and she really appreciated that. When she and Beat had their fight, Winry was one of the people she felt really bad about (accidentally) deserting.
She wishes Winry would use her magic more, because Rhyme's magic used to be a lot weaker she treasures her own more now and wants other people to use it if they have it.
Rhyme doesn't know what happened to Winry in the Badlands, but she does wonder, her own experience wasn't pleasant. Regardless, Winry's one of the people she really misses on the 4423, even if she loves the Way.
Winry still finds the circumstances under which they met to be pretty funny. When she first met him she was of course a pretty nervous, with both him and Kiros being Victoria members and so shortly after their battle. But she figured that if Rikku was friends with them, then they must be good people and it didn't take her long to see she was right

Heheh. As I mentioned in Ffamfran's Winry still finds the manner in which they met most humorous. She was a little nervous about being around Kiros and Fft at first, but it didn't take her long to realize that they were good people and didn't harbor the ill sentiments that many of the Victoria did

She's totally lesbian for NaotoTheir first interaction, I believe was when Naoto, Winry, and Lavi went out to do some business in Trewe. From there Winry was sorta intrigued by the distant, but still kind demeanor that Naoto has. She enjoyed their time out together and while she didn't want to seem pushy just couldn't help but be curious about Naoto which is why she's talked so much to her and tried to spend as much time in her company as she can

unf unf, my cabin or yours? :>Naoto has never been good with socializing with other people, she's so used to talking for only the essentials to others besides Fuyumine and so jumping on an airship and having to talk to others on a daily basis for things besides her living needs was something..incredibly difficult for her. Not to say she was a complete social-retard or anything, but it certainly wasn't easy and although she is learning how to make relationships and some sort of comradeship, it's slow progress
