There is a particular manufacturer of firearms, HiPoint, or High Point (whatever) that makes particularly crappy guns. I watched a demonstration a while ago that scared the crap out of me. The demonstrator proceeded to grip the pistol properly, punch his arm forward, and the slide actually made a full cycle ejecting a dummy round and loading another. This is not something that should happen. Try it with that CZ, I bet that it won't even do it.
