So for all those people who want to loose weight, it's simple...don't eat. Since Monday I've lost 14 pounds, and it's all thanks to having no appetite what-so-ever. So why struggle with diets and stuff? I'm telling you just ignore the food and it will go away.

Well I feel like crap. Mainly due to some emotional issues that I have been constantly dealing with for the last few weeks.

I just got back from my renewal class (those that know me know what I am talking about). Other than the fact that I hadn't eaten in about 10 hours, I did pretty well.

As I'm sure everyone is now aware, as of 12:01 AM on September the thirteenth, the horrid Clinton weapon ban expired. Anyone that knows me knows that I supported it's expiration 100%, but I have recently felt troubled by comments I have heard from people who were in support of the ban.
