The reason i've got this job (it's temporary) is because there's an audit at the end of next month and they've got to change the files over from perfectly adequate paper ones, to plastic ones which you can't carry cos they slide everywhere. Went out for a few beers last night. Got a taxi home from the pub, so there was no kebab purchasing opportunity, and i had to make meself something when i got home. Another two universities down. Birmingham sent a well arsey and clinical rejection letter. Really not bothered though, i'm just not red brick material. More worryingly though is, on the same day, i got a rejection letter from Plymouth. Wasn't expecting that. The envelope was marked with a 'University of Exeter' stamp again.
