The appointment is on monday. I am really not looking forward to it. I have been fretting since the appointment was made. Thing is, I know it has to be done. Going for another session today with 'Astrid' my therapist to see how I have been getting on. The tast from last week was not to touch my bf at all or kiss im apart from on the cheek. Coming off the Pill
