I love LA

i've lived in So Cal nearly all my life. and despite the lack of community that's in new york and san francisco, there is something that i love about living in LA. it's almost as if knowing all its flaws, makes it more endearing. sometimes, when someone makes it so hard to know them, it creates that much more motivation and curiousity. i hope my bf reads this! he's been looking for something to like in LA (besides me). great post and pics.

i think it's hard to like LA unless you grew up there or are from the middle of no where. otherwise, the lack of community does make it an incredibly isolating experience. nevertheless, there's so much to do and such beautiful weather...i'm beginning to like it more and more :)

I feel the same way about San Francisco. I never bothered to discover it since I was always so close. Now, it's like my new bohemia. I love it. We're so lucky to live in California. We've got so much culture at our fingertips.
