A sword constructed entirely of elaborately folded and treated paper cut from books of all stripes -- history books (but not textbooks), cookbooks, classic children's fantasy and historical fiction, the Bible, Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, broadside ballads, folktales and mythology from hundreds of cultures, everything. My father would probably tie some ribbons of celluloid to the hilt, and there'd probably be charms shaped like records and forks and cake pans.
My mother has homeschooled me all my life -- yes, even now that I've graduated! -- and knowledge and a fierce love for world culture, good food, and storytelling of every kind were the weapons my parents bestowed upon me.
It would be a quill pen with a clicky top to retract the main blade, and the quills themselves would be shuriken-like (and would grow back if some needed to be used)

It wasn't good for much other than word-processing and playing Snakebite, but it was cool.
