heh nah It will be bright and sunny during the day. Enough that you will swelter in your costumes and get burn. The wind will be blowing and you will all get wind burnt faces. However the night will be "OMG-ElvericGiveMeTheFirewatter" cold.
Give it time..the average is slightly higher than previous years but it's the variance that's changing noticeably. There'll be days this winter when we'll have unbelievably cold weather, and other days where it'll be summer all over again.
